What is “Daruma”?

The model of the figure “Daruma” doll is “Bodhidarma” who was a Buddhist monk. In Japan, traditionally it is a one of the most common figure since edo period and it believed that makes your wishes true. Normally daruma doll carries the letter “fortune” on their belly but our daruma has “sound”, holds our whish to provide good quality of SOUND.

Do we accept international order?

Yes. We are happy to send our product to you anywhere. If you don’t see any shipping method on your check out process, contact us.

How long will it be until I receive the product?

Orders normally take a couple days to be process. Once your payment is confirmed, the package will be ready to be ship to you. But don’t forget about ship time. It depends on the destination and carrier method. Check the carrier’s websites and guess how long will it takes. If you have chosen shipping method that can give us the tracking number, we will let you know about it.

What kind of payment option do you have?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. If you choose PayPal on your checkout process, you will have the option to pay with your PayPal account, Credi Card, or Bank accout. If for some reason you are not directed to PayPal, please go to account maintenance, you need to log in, and click on view in order section. From the invoice which is shown on the page, you will be able to access to PayPal with click on the logo of PayPal and pay.

Is it possible to cancel your order?

Let us know in 24h after your order if you want to cancel your order. After 24h we regard as the order had been confirmed.
In the case you did click several times when you are at payment process, we will try to void extra orders and will contact you about it.

Do we accept returns or exchange?

We only accept exchange within 60days of ship date, if there is any problem on our product. For more information check Term of Service.

Log in using your username and password or click the url which on the mail. Go to account maintenance and click on view in the order information section. Please let you aware that if we don't receive any payment after your order in 30days, we consider your order had been canceled.
