EPO, El Pequeño Observatorio (The Small Observatory) was born in the year 2006 by chance, through a mutual friend met Jaime Jiménez (guitarist) and Emili Garrido (drums). After a couple of informal meetings, they decided to begin their common project : EPO. Shortly after Ricard Fernández (bass) and Javi Pequerull, Peke, (keyboards) joined the project. After one year of composing themes, over a dozen, in 2007 Toni García joined as vocalist and second guitar, who makes point to issues, further consolidating the project. The summer of 2007, Emili left the group for personal reasons, which led to the entrance of the current drummer, Pepe Roura, former drummer of "El Ultimo Grito". This change makes the group decides to compose new songs, some of them recorded in the first demo, which provided more than 30 concerts in 2008.
